Jordan Greenblatt
Senior Designer

Jordan began studying urban ecological systems after witnessing the devastation of Hurricane Sandy and discovering how infrastructure and landscape can protect communities from climate catastrophes. Jordan contributes to design development and modeling efforts at MVVA. With a background in ceramics, she enjoys working with her hands, sketching grading plans and sections or building models. The intersection between agriculture, access to nature, and social autonomy brought her to landscape architecture.

Jordan received a Master of Landscape Architecture from the City College of New York's Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture, where her work focused on historical geographies, equitable development, and ecological restoration. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Bennington College. She is the recipient of the 2023 WX Scholarship through which she receives mentorship from women working in urban development and housing in New York.
