Bardha manages travel and expenses for MVVA. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pristina in the Republic of Kosovo. She is working toward her Master of Education in School Counseling and Leadership at Brooklyn College. Before joining MVVA in 2018, Bardha worked as a Psychology Research Assistant at the University of Pristina in Kosovo.
