Finn Belanger
Finn (he/they) grew up in western Montana spending most of his youth situated between the Bitterroot and Sapphire Mountain ranges, an experience that has always been central to his identity. His approach is informed by his interest in the relationship between rural and urban areas in the United States. Finn aspires to design accessible, equitable landscapes that foster sustainability, cooperation, and coordination.

Finn received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a Minor in Art from Vassar College. Before joining MVVA, he worked on numerous organic farms in Montana and New York, conducted research on affordable housing solutions and gentrification in Poughkeepsie, New York, and interned at Vassar’s Office of Sustainability.
