Mikael Pluhar
Mikael is interested in creating experiences of discovery, respite, and escape through resilient landscapes. Mikael grew up in Grafton, New Hampshire, a small rural town in the hills of New England where they began to understand the connection between landscape and human experience. Mikael works on project design and administration, and general office operations in Brooklyn.

Mikael earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College in 2018 with a major in Studio Art. Before joining MVVA, they worked as an art handler at the MoMA. In their spare time, Mikael enjoys fermenting foods and cooking.
