Cole Dawley
Senior Project Manager
Cole grew up near Denver, Colorado his proximity to the Rocky Mountains fostered a deep connection to the natural environment from a young age. Seeing the growth of cities along the front range of the Rockies inspired Cole to study the relationship of urban growth and adjacent environments through landscape architecture. At MVVA, he continues to explore the large-scale interactions between cities and their surrounding landscapes through his contributions to the design and documentation of the Brooklyn Bridge Plaza in NYC, Waterloo Greenway in Austin, and Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park in Detroit. He is particularly interested in the translation of design into built landscapes through construction documentation and technical coordination.

Cole received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University in 2017, where he was the recipient of an ASLA Merit Award. As a student, he worked with the university's transportation department to help visualize upcoming alternative transportation projects on campus.

Cole joined MVVA in 2017.
