Fletcher Phillips
Fletch is originally from northern Delaware, where exploring the forest and valley landscapes of suburban Wilmington fostered his appreciation for the cultural and ecological richness of natural systems. During school, he spent summers working as a landscape contractor, gaining enthusiasm for the material and spatial qualities of the constructed environment.

First joining MVVA in 2013, Fletch has contributed to Trinity River Park, the Jamaica Bay Framework Plan, M-Street Landing, a corporate campus in Oregon, the Amherst College Greenway, and the University of Notre Dame Sculpture Park. He received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Penn State University and a Master of Landscape Architecture at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was both a research and teaching assistant.

Fletch rejoined MVVA in 2019. He is a licensed landscape architect in the State of New York.
