Nick grew up in Denver, Colorado, where he has skied and snowboarded ever since he was a child. The mountainous landscape, combined with the expansive urban parks and public spaces in Denver and the surrounding area have always had an impact on his perspective as a designer. Nick’s passion for the fine arts, inspired heavily by Van Gogh and Monet, combined with his interest the public function of design eventually led him to pursue a career in the field of landscape architecture, where he excels at drawing, sketching, hand rendering and modeling.
Nick earned his Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University in 2016, where he received the ASLA Honor Award and the Landscape Architecture Outstanding Senior Award. During his time at Colorado State, he taught classes in 3D modeling with Rhino to fellow undergraduate and graduate students.
Nick joined MVVA in 2016.
